This was the first time I played at Sweet 16 party atthis venue but it turned out great. I have used a lot of sound-active uplighting and dance-floor lights which allowed me to completely turn off ceiling lights and create a nightclub-looking room. Lucia really appreciated it. Sound-active uplighting will change colors to the beat of music. This is demonstrated well in the video:

Katya and Paul’s January wedding was a coming together of cultures and the Bali Hai and it’s amazing San Diego view served as the perfect atmosphere for their guests! Katya and Paul were both very passionate about sharing their Russian and Mexican traditions. Many guests traveled to San Diego from abroad and Katya and Paul went out of their way to include them all by translating in both Russian and Spanish for all the important moments of the day. That means I had to provide at least 3 wireless microphones for ceremony and reception. During the dancing part I played a mix of Russian and Mexican dance music to satisfy all guests at this wedding. As a decorative touch I under-lighted cake table and DJ table with cyan-colored LED uplights and it looked really well. And here is a short wedding-day footage: |
